We are hiring for an entry level sales representative position for a client that is a telecom aggregate businesses in Metro Detroit. They handle all of the customer service, billing, and IT work for the coaxial providers.
In this role, someone will be doing account overviews for our client’s business accounts, verifying the following; the billing info is correct for the info, the services are working correctly, how many outages there have been, and if there are any other products that need to be added or removed from the account to optimize efficiency.
Required work experience would be someone that has worked in customer service, retail, and/or engineering type position in the past. We would like to hire someone that has minimum associates degree.
Skills needed for the position is someone that has strong communication skills, problem solving skills, and are self reliable. We are looking for someone that is easily coachable and can also bring a warm, inviting presence into a meeting and conversation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
