Field Engineer (Networking): $45/hour plus overtime and double time when applicable
For this Field Engineer role (2 Week Project) you will be driving to various voting location sites throughout Los Angeles County providing daily hands-on networking support for AT&T and Los Angeles County. This is a 2 week project from October 25 to November 8. This typically is 2-4 sites/day. There is a mandatory training day (paid) the week of the 14th (more details TBA).
Job Qualifications:
2+ years experience in telecommunications networking
Knowledgeable in troubleshooting, installation and configuration of Network Infrastructure, LAN, WLAN and router installation
Knowledgeable in networking terminology, interfaces, and protocols
Good verbal communications skills
Ability to diagnose problems with equipment and networking
Collaboration skills to work with any team
Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle as this position will be requiring you to drive to and from various voting locations throughout Los Angeles County
Hiring is subject to passing a clean Background Check. Candidates must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
Mileage Reimbursement from location site to location site will be included (please talk to your representative for more details).
