Field Supervisor/Tower Foreman

Engineered Tower Solutions (ETS), is a growing engineering and construction company primarily servicing the telecommunications industry. ETS is looking to hire a well-qualified, full time Field Supervisor/Tower Foreman with 4+ years of experience as a Foreman within the Wireless/telecommunication industry who is interested in becoming the newest member of our team.

Position is based in our St. Louis office and will require relocation.

The responsibilities of this person will consist of supervising tower crews performing tower construction/decommissions, line and antenna installations/decommissions, maintenance repairs, lighting repairs/installations, tower/foundation modifications, structural modifications and other tasks as needed.

• Manage in-house crews.
• Train/Mentor subordinates.
• Conduct random, unannounced safety audits of all field crews (in-house and subs).
• Responsible for training subordinates in safety and field duties.
• Handles projects from bidding through closeouts being issued to the customer.
• Maintains a weekly schedule for crews and provides updates to customers and ETS team members.
• Maintains vehicles, tools, PPE, and warehouse.
• Ensures all subordinates are strictly adhering to ETS, Federal, State, and industry safety standards.
• Set jobs up in Site Tracker.
• Electronic filing of NTPs, POs, Invoices, Material Documentation, Safety Documentation, etc.
• Log material, per diem, and manhour labor cost for crews/projects into Site Tracker.
• Log daily reports from crew leads into Site Tracker.
• Set up templates for closeout reports.
• Other field, operations, and administrative tasks as required.
