Our company is looking for a

Financial Service Agent (m/f/d)

(temporary employment) in full-time or part-time in Berlin

You will be responsible for:

• You process and record transactions as well as research and resolve account discrepancies.
• You perform account reconciliations and maintain records regarding payments and account statuses.
• You obtain information from other departments to ensure records are accurate and complete and that accounts receivable ledgers and journals are up-to-date.
• You work together with the collections department to review accounts, amounts collections and allocations.
• You answer customer relations regarding any query related to the transactions.

What we are looking for:

• You possess excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
• You speak English and an additional language is a plus

• You have work experience in professional customer service and provide a strong service and solution-oriented mindset
• You have empathy and the ability to listen actively
