This company is a leader in the finance space, offering a broad range of credit products to its customers and partnering with a number of well-known brands. This award-winning business is forging a new path in consumer finance and this is an exciting opportunity to lead the product collections team.

THE ROLE

This role will see you work on a variety of projects, including working on:

• Leading collections strategy and optimising this for business performance
• Managing the wider product team and working across the company alongside other leaders
• Developing machine learning models
• Working across wider business strategy to identify opportunities for enhancement and development

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in collections, ideally developing and optimising strategies
• Experience using machine learning
• Strong understanding and previous use of R or Python, and SQL
• A background in consumer finance, telecoms or similar

SALARY AND BENEFITS

• Up to £125,000 base salary
