Position Title: ICT Intern (EFiling Project) (5 vacancies)

Context

The position is based in Manila Administrative Centre (MAC), headed by the Director of MAC. Information and Communications Technology (ICT) is one of the divisions with its operations delocalized to MAC.

Under the overall supervision of Senior ICT Officer with direct supervision of National ICT Officer, the successful candidates will assist in the ICT ERP Unit in implementing the mass data uploading project.

Core Functions / Responsibilities

• Coordinate with other IOM Missions worldwide to understand how the Missions implement the local repository system
• Assist the Team Leaders to collect required documents from IOM Missions and locate them in the dedicated folder.
• Review, edit and standardize the documents naming convention. Ensure that all documents are named in line with IOM’s standard and requirement.
• Assis the Team Leaders to perform the mass uploading
• Perform other tasks as required.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Education

• Experience in the field of Information Management of Database Management would be advantage.
• Proficient computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel
• Good level of computer literacy; proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Word and Excel are required.
• Ability to write clear and concise reports and email.
