We are looking for Senior HCM Business Analyst – Remote / Telecommute for our client in Edmonton, AB

Job Title: Senior HCM Business Analyst – Remote / Telecommute

Job Description:

• Experience in the development of project documents for a wide variety of initiatives and projects (strategic, business improvement, information technology, etc.). (5 Years).
• Experience working within an agile development environment (5 Years).
• Experience working within ERP solutions, including SAP/S4Hana and SuccessFactors, in 1 or more of the items listed below. (5 Years).
• SAP Time Evaluation and WorkFlow.
• SAP Payroll Configuration.
• SAP Query.
• Understand SF position management and replication, Workflow reroutes.
• SF recruitment and Onboarding.
• Scheduling/Time Rostering.

Desired Skills:

• Makes decisions and recommendations on highly technical or complex issues and without formal guidelines or precedents and exercises resourcefulness and ingenuity to interpret policy. (5 Years).
• Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing processes in a large, complex, multi-stakeholder environment. (5 Years).
• Supporting ERP software upgrades and releases. (5 Years).
• Experience working in or for the public sector, preferably with the public sector. (5 Years).
• Experience in facilitating meetings and communicating with senior management and project stakeholders. (5 Years).
• Experience with development and implementation of content management, document management, records management, information management processes in applications. (5 Years).
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing processes on large, complex, multi-stakeholder environments. (5 Years).
• Experience using reporting tools to build queries to support impact analysis and knowledge transfer to others. (5 Years).
• Experience in ticket resolution, working with clients, etc. (5 Years).
• Experience updating operational manuals with repeatable steps. (5 Years).
