The Inbound Sales Representative will take inbound calls that are transferred from various sources to promote the company’s products; explain available vacation offers, qualifications, sales terms; and answer all client questions appropriately and effectively attempt to sell vacations. Ensure client vacation expectations and sales process expectations are met or exceeded. Annual salary average $50,0000 (Inclusive of hourly, commission,and bonus) Duties: • Answer call transfer inbound calls in order to sell approved Bluegreen vacations • Operates with company approved scripts and within company guidelines • Maintains a minimum sales and conversion quota as set by department leadership Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • 1 year+ Sales and Telemarketing experience • 1 year+ experience of customer service • Call center, collection agencies, telecommunications preferred • Strong verbal communication • Excellent phone etiquette demonstrating professionalism • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Benefits: • Unlimited Income Potential: You will earn base pay + uncapped commissions! • Paid training: You will earn as you learn to be a Bluegreen vacation specialist and brand ambassador.
