· Job duties:

o Confer with clients to identify and document requirements.

o Design, develop, integrate, test, and implement information systems business solutions around Robotic Process Automation (RPA) processes.

o Provide advice on information systems strategies, policies, management, and service delivery.

o Conduct business and technical studies.

o Analyze requirements and develop and implement RPA information systems development plans and procedures.

o Report on software development risk assessments and develop standard operating procedures (SOP) to mitigate risks.

o Participate in user testing and prepare test cases in collaboration with the clients.

o Assist in designing, testing, and implementing information systems business solutions at client sites with a focus on drone technologies.

o Prepare RPA Solution Design Document (SDD) and Process Definition Document (PDD) designs for air, sea and land freight as well as related supply chain processes for robotic automation.

o Consult with clients to identify drone-related supply chain requirements.

o Provide advice on information systems strategies and service delivery aspects to end users with a focus on drone delivery.

o Coordinate with Export Development Canada (website: EDC.ca) to identify new IT opportunities.

· Wage: CA $39.25 per hour for 35 hours per week

· Skills requirements:

o Congenial personality.

o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

o Impeccable customer service skills.

o Working knowledge of drone delivery technologies and capabilities is a plus.

o Knowledge of Electric Vehicle Take-off and Landing (eVTOL) operations systems is a plus.

· Required education: A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer systems engineering, software engineering, business administration or a related discipline or completion of a college program in computer science is preferred but not required.

· Required work experience:

o Previous experience as a computer programmer or systems analyst.

o 3 – 5 years of logistics business experience.

o 3 – 5 years of functional Supply Chain Business Process Enterprise Architecture (or similar) experience.

o Hands-on experience working with one or more well respected multinational logistics companies.
