Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated individuals to join our B2B sales team as an Inside Sales Representatives.

In this position, you will connect with customers on the corporate level and look to enhance businesses and executives with Rogers Wireless products and services. No experience? No problem!

What you can expect in this role:

• Identifying new opportunities for business sales through cold calling.
• Prospecting and account management to achieve metrics and sales objectives.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with corporate customers virtually and through telecommunications.
• Administrative tasks to support the B2B team.
• Creating value propositions utilizing ROGERS and FVW business solutions that align with your customer’s needs.
• Engaging in monthly and quarterly business reviews and daily/weekly forecast activities.
• Providing local market feedback to management to minimize competitive threat, retain existing customers and increase revenue.
• Delivering after sales care (follow up to ensure customer satisfaction)
