We are looking for two Inside Sales Representatives who will help the existing team to gain a greater share of the Quebec market.
Inside Sales Representative
Permanent position – full time 40h/week
Location: Anjou
Schedule : Monday- Friday / Day
Advantages

Salary: $19.83/hr + 2% to 4% commission on accessory sales and protection plans;
2 additional vacations during the holiday season;
Group insurance paid at 50% by the employer;
2 paid vacations during the year;
Voluntary RRSP;
1 day of telecommuting per week once the training is completed;
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, either from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm or from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Responsibilities
Daily duties will be:
- Answer incoming calls to sell our products and services
- Answer technical questions from customers and attempt to generate a lead
- Receive, answer and create email requests
- Distribute leads to vendors or installers for certain equipment that cannot be sold
that cannot be sold remotely
- Meet customers in the showroom and increase the percentage of appointments
appointments made
- Contact customers to sell products and/or services (water heaters,
humidifier, purifier, recharging station, alarm system, pressure cleaning
cleaning, duct cleaning, etc.)
- Assist customer/offer necessary information regarding applications for
grants
- Acquire knowledge of the equipment sold to be able to answer
questions
Qualifications
Skills sought:
- Fluency in French and English, both oral and written
- Knowledge of the Office suite and the use of a CRM
- Good sales skills
- Good customer service skills
- Good listening skills to customer needs
- Communication skills (internal, external, inter-departmental)
