Project Coordinator

Description:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience is required.
• Support the Project Manager by maintaining document control and tracking project activities within project timelines.

Responsibilities include:

• Working closely with market Project Managers and market Finance members to receive Purchase Order Requests and process PO creations.
• Individual needs to review open PO reports to confirm request is not a duplicate and work with Project Managers when milestones completed to ensure timely closing of POs.
• Responsibilities will include monthly reporting on PO creations, Open POs, and receiving needs.

INTAKE NOTES:

Will support Engineering (Development, RF, Operations) supporting new site build, site mods, backhaul, and special projects.
Remote candidates will be considered.

Technology Requirements (I.E Programs, systems, etc) Not required but familiarity with Ariba, Scopeworker, and/or eSRT a benefit.
What does a typical day look like? (daily tasks) Processing Purchase Order Requests, Reviewing open POs for duplicates and closure opportunities.
Preferred background/prior work experience? Accounting and/or Telecommunications as PC or PM.
Priority soft skills Excel, Outlook.

Pay: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour
