Our client is currently looking for an Intermediate Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, monitoring and controlling the project in order to complete it within the constraints set by the organization (scope, schedule and budget).

Ensure the mobilization of sectoral and/or multi-sectoral teams in the project initiation phase and, when required, set up the project organizational structure;

Participate in the development of the scope, including the coordination of team meetings, and ensure the implementation of the scope statement;

Prepare project planning in terms of schedule/resources, and establish a budget plan for projects under your responsibility;

Ensure project execution and control within the established framework of scope, schedule and budget;

Manage sectoral and/or multi-sectoral teams and ensure transparent and continuous communication at all levels of the organization on the different facets of the project;

Support, in consultation with the sectors involved, the analysis of financial statements, the adjustment of budgets and schedules and the closing of projects;

When required, organize and chair project management meetings;

Manage issues and risks associated with the project, and actively pursue their resolution and/or mitigation.

Does this sound like you?

Minimum of three (3) years as a PCO or Project Manager;

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;

Experience with MS Project;

Very good organizational skills;

Ability to solve problems;

Good customer relations skills;

Knowledge of external telecommunications networks, an important asset;

Knowledge of the Quebec City area, an asset;

Leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, excellent communication (French) and autonomy;

Communication with teams in French and English. Fluency in written and spoken French is mandatory. Level expected:
