Boeing is seeking a passionate and results driven International Tax Specialist to be based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands , as part of the International Tax Team and broader Finance organization.

This position will be required to interface with peers, external tax consultants, local and foreign tax authorities and internal business contacts to provide tax advice, compliance and support for Boeing’s European and other countries as required.

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite in the Amsterdam office (i.e. hybrid working possible).

Position Responsibilities

• Research and communicate international tax advice for projects and tax opportunities for nominated countries in relation to income tax, VAT, transfer pricing, tax planning and other tax issues.
• Attend and lead as required tax issue discussions with the Finance teams.
• Coordinate, support and review CIT / VAT filings with relevant stakeholders (external tax advisors & accounting team) to ensure timely and accurate tax filings.
• Preparation of quarterly tax provision calculations for the nominated entities as required.
• Co-ordination of training sessions for the Tax and Finance Teams
• Provide assistance with reviews and audits.
• Support special projects and assist other group tax issues and advice as required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

• 3+ years tax experience.
• Professional tax and/or accounting qualification
• Relevant degree in tax economics or tax law;
• Ability to work with limited instruction and supervision and to tight deadlines
• Effective organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Possess excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to articulate ideas and plans clearly, accurately, and reliably to all partners
• Fluency in English language

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

• Prior Corporate Tax industry experience
• Prior tax advisory experience in an accounting or law firm
• Prior experience with tax technology solutions

This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
