Job Description

We have an extraordinary opportunity for an innovative, adaptable and results-oriented leader on our technology team as the IT Manager Marketing Technology & Data Engineering. In this role, you have the opportunity to drive the implementation of marketing technology platforms from ground up and deliver industry leading marketing solutions across inbound and outbound channels.
This role drives adoption and adherence to our transformation objectives and automation goals to streamline the functions of both sales and marketing teams and understand how systems interconnect to integrate data between platforms. The role requires expertise across a range of marketing software, digital channels, and objectives to improve business performance including

  • Marketing Automation
  • Customer Data Platforms
  • Digital Asset Management Platforms
  • Customer Segmentation
  • Digital Marketing Channel Activation
  • Campaign Management Software
  • Lead Capture / Management

As the IT Manager Marketing Technology & Data Engineering, your responsibilities will include:

  • In collaboration with internal stakeholders develop and drive the roadmap for marketing technology platforms.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and IT developers in architecting, designing, and implementing integrations between Marketing tools
  • Connect data across various channels and develop Customer Intent Engine to predict future behavior to create individualized customer experiences.
  • Monitor data quality within Marketing products
  • Relationship management with internal technology users and vendors
  • Connect first party data from various sources and implement Customer 360/Customer Data Platforms (CDP) to enabled targeted audience creation for personalized marketing campaigns
  • Develop business intelligence dashboards to measure campaign effectiveness

Qualifications


WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to articulate the ‘why’ for priorities and the customer impact
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 3 years of leadership experience
  • 5+ years of experience working with one or multiple Telecom Marketing Technologies
  • 5+ years of delivering Customer Data Platform solutions. Familiarity of popular Customer Data Platform products will be a plus.
  • 5+ years of using Big data technologies including Hadoop, Kafka, Spark, ETL tools like Informatica, Talend and Data Fusion.
  • 1+ years of experience on delivering data solutions on cloud platforms (GCP and/or Azure)

BONUS POINTS FOR:

  • Master Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent
