What You Will Do
- Serve as Project Manager on a variety of projects across business departments and technologies
- Facilitate interaction with the ITS, vendors and business stakeholders and drive collaboration across the project teams
- Follow established PMO practices (based on PMBOK framework) and coach others on the processes
- Leverage project management and collaboration tools to develop plans and schedules and track status on a weekly basis
- Communicate and escalate risks to ensure there is transparency and agreed upon approaches to keep projects on track

- An experienced PM who has managed the implementation of diverse technically focused projects
- A skilled communicator who is confident working with a variety of stakeholders at all levels including managing vendor relationships
- A process and analytical oriented individual who has a desire to continue to learn and share methods with the team (knows how to “connect-the-dots”)
- A self-disciplined person who is organized and focused on delivering results
- An individual with sufficient technical stature to interact successfully with IT professionals and specialists, balanced with sufficient business acumen to assist and interact successfully with non-technical stakeholders

Expert-level proficiency and highly-advanced experience in one or more of the following fields: Database Administration, Network Services, Desktop Services, Server Administration, Application Design, Application Development, Solution Life-Cycle Management, Enterprise Architecture, Quality Assurance, Incident/Problem Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, Security Management, Financial Management, Service Management, Customer Service Center, Production Application Services, Storage Area Network, Middleware Services, Project/Portfolio Management, Document Management, Wireless Communications, Telecommunications, Radio, Audio Visual, Geographical Information Services, Internet/Web Services, Business Intelligence, and Organizational Development.
Subject matter experience must be current with particular emphasis on leadership, innovation, and customer service accomplishments. Must be committed to self-development;
Seven years of relevant information technology experience; or Five years of relevant information technology experience and an Associate Degree in information technology, computer science, computer technology, or related field; or Three years of relevant information technology experience and a Bachelor Degree in information technology, computer science, computer technology, or related field; or Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in information technology; and One year of leadership experience
