We are experts in IT personnel and commercial specialists in employee leasing as well as in service and work contracts. Our customers are IT system houses, IT manufacturers and IT service providers. We are the personnel service provider for IT service providers.

Our client is Europe’s largest telecommunications company. It offers solutions and services for the automotive industry, telecommunications, the financial sector, retail, media, energy and manufacturing industries, as well as public administration and healthcare.

For our client, we are looking for several employees (m/f/d) as soon as possible for the following area of responsibility

IT Service Desk Agent (m/f/d)

JOB PROFILE – ID 6830

TASKS

• Initial solution attempt based on given solution data.
• Receiving customer requests and opening incidents or service requests.
• Technical and / or hierarchical escalation of the processes according to process specifications.
• Ensure availability by telephone
• Checking and recording contract data
• Maintenance of various databases

KNOWLEDGE

• Completed vocational training or adequate professional experience.
• Strong technical understanding and the ability to work according to specified processes
• Experience in IT support, with service desk operations and using ITSM tools.
• Good knowledge of operating systems, networking, Microsoft standard products,
• Basic knowledge/skills in SAP, CAD, EDI, MES are desirable.
• Very good knowledge of German, both written and spoken
• ITIL knowledge or appropriate certificates in IT service management.
• Willingness for shift work from 6:00 – 22:00 clock

• Collective agreement (iGZ/DGB)
• Fixed monthly salary including payment above the collective agreement
