JR Telecom Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: 6-month contract – ongoing
Interview: 2
Hours: M-F, 8am-5pm ( on call for a week at a time)
Authorization: US Citizen or green card
Must-Haves:
- Experience creating Agent Logins and stations
- AVAYA 8.0 or higher
- Create Voicemail boxes
- Create CMS Supervisor Logins
- Control Manager
Day-to-Day:
This candidate will be working under the Senior Manager of Voice. They will be handling a 6 month project ( potentially ongoing) due to a large number of classes for incoming agents. The candidate will be building stations, creating agent logins, creating voicemails etc. for the agents. Must work east coast hours.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $35.00 – $43.00 per hour
