PwC Experience Consulting is currently looking for a Junior Experience and Service Designer to join our growing Experience Strategy and Design team. You would be working with design researchers, experience strategists and designers to create digital products and services for some of the world’s biggest brands across all industries.

The Role

As a Junior Experience Designer, you’ll be focused on creating and defining the experiences of products and services:

  • Train on the job with the coaching and mentorship of our talented team of professionals, all with a wide range of experience to share and aid your growth but also give you the confidence to work autonomously.
  • Gain the confidence to present in client conversations within your specialism, providing recommendations and helping guide clients to make responsible choices.

As You Develop Your Day-to-day Could Include

  • Working closely with a wide range of colleagues including Designers and Strategists to plan and design compelling, intuitive user-centred digital experiences and services for PwC and its clients.
  • Creating deliverables such as service blueprints, user journeys, flows, sketches, wireframes and prototypes.
  • Support the development of research plans and discussion guides, facilitating user research sessions and synthesising insights into requirements.

Junior designers are recent graduates in a relevant degree or short course, or hands-on training through a successful apprenticeship or internship.
