Huawei’s Intelligent Cloud Technologies Laboratory in Munich research center drives the R&D activities in cloud enabled Data-Ecosystem. With a strong involvement in various research projects like Horizon Europe, Gaia-X and Catena-X at National and EU level. We are in close cooperation with universities and research institutes. The results obtained as part of the research work flow directly into our product development.

We are looking for a research analyst who is interested in supporting the development of new topics and technologies in the upcoming European Data Ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• You will be gathering the information on national and European R&D initiatives, e.g. Horizon Europe, GAIA-X and Lighthouse projects like Catena-X.
• You will be responsible for analysis, visualization and documentation of gathered data.
• You will generate insights, reports and presentations for team and management.

 

Requirements

• Master degree in Engineering or a related field; or equivalent and relevant experience. Cloud/OpenStack certification preferred
• Experience working as information analyst, project manager.
• Basic knowledge about Cloud, Data Ecosystems
• Willingness and ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and technologies.
• Good experience working with MS Office tools
• Flexibility and ability to work both in a team and independently.
• Empathetic and communicative person, who enjoys working in collaborative projects, in international and multicultural environments.
• Good written and spoken communication skills in English. An additional European language is a plus.
