As a Logistics Manager you will control the efficient flow of goods, services, and information between point of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements. Ensures that customer service and time objectives are achieved within existing financial constraints in order to meet marketing and financial objectives. Ensures the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistics processes, such as the replenishment system, data interchange systems, demand management, electronic data systems administration and related functions. Builds relationships with strategic customers through logistics initiatives. Integrates learning from customers, competitors, operating entities, distribution, transportation, customer service, other industries, industry groups, and professional training to continuously improve competitive position.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages all Supply Chain activities for the B-2 Contactor-Inventory Control Point program

  • Responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of the NGDS Statement of Work in support of the B-2 Supply Chain Management (SCM) effort

  • Applies technical knowledge of product support/logistics disciplines and program management best practices to direct program activities

  • Leads diverse team of Resource Management and Technical Integration personnel in support of the B-2 Performance Based Logistics delivery order and B-2 Programmed Depot Maintenance (PDM) operations

  • Develops proposals and ISO-compliant processes and procedures for fixed price and cost-plus contracts

  • Establishes supplier networks and resolves issues with supplier program managers, internal Northrop Grumman, and U.S. Government customers

  • Implements processes and procedures to integrate data from government and contractor sources

  • Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures, and sets operational goals

  • Develops NGDS material estimate at complete for all B-2 SCM programs

  • Manages inventory budget to meet required targets to support business goals

  • Engages in positive communications and employee engagement at all levels of organization to foster inclusion, inspiration, motivation, and leadership connections

  • Demonstrates NG Values and collaborative characteristics that foster teamwork

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years experience of related professional experience. An additional 4 years of relevant experience be considered in lieu of the degree requirement

  • Supply Chain and/or Technical/Maintenance management experience

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task in a dynamic leadership environment

  • Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain a Secret security clearance

  • Ability to obtain/maintain access to work at our Tinker AFB facility

  • Ability to travel when required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Current B-2 program clearance and experience working B-2 maintenance/logistic operations

  • Experience with B-2 PDM operations

  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS 9100, AS 9102 Industry/Aerospace Standards

  • Current Secret security clearance

Salary Range: $88,200 USD – $132,400 USD
Salary Range 2: $0 USD – $110,300 USD
Employees be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
