Position Summary
Responsibilities:
- Refine the scope of work and detail subcontracts
- Manage multiple projects in various stages of activities
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, scope, and schedule
- Develop project schedule and monitor/update as the project progresses
- Provide technical interpretation of design documents in support of installation superintendents and tradespeople
- Provide specific expertise and critical thinking for problem-solving
- Provide technical evaluation of subcontractor and equipment proposals
- Monitor and inspect construction to ensure compliance with design documents.
- Coordinate completion of construction activities.
- Prepare punch list to ensure the readiness of systems for turnover to the client.
- Prepare customer proposals and project change orders

Qualifications:
- 3-10 year’s experience in construction project management (Electrical)
- Understanding of commercial electrical systems
- Ability to read, and understand the scope of work and engineering design drawings
- Leadership and Organization skills
- Winning mentality and team player
- Knowledge of construction safety, policies, and procedures, with field experience a plus.
- Strong communication skills in customer-facing settings
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office
- Preferred: Local Boston construction market

- Up to 50%+ travel
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable under the company insurance policy.
Position Type:
This is a full-time position. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
