Summary

The Network Administrator support provides infrastructural support to the of clients by responding to all incoming service requests associated with PCs/laptops. The individual will support, install, and fix PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and other computer assets in an organization. Ensure proper day to day maintenance and security.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining day to day computer systems including software, hardware, connectivity including remote employee support.
  • Installs and configures desktop equipment to update or fix hardware or software issues
  • Monitoring computer systems to improve network performance for users
  • Make technological improvements to the network environment and enhance the end user experience for both in-house and remote employees.
  • Maintains and enhances network security procedures and virus protection software to keep data and communications protected.
  • Assists corporate network users with day-to-day issues. Provides tier I and II technical support to all employees; adhering to Bullseye defined SLA specifications.
  • Utilizes software tools to manage corporate network, assets and users. This includes Microsoft Development Tool, Office 365 Administrative Console, PDQ, LanSweeper, LogmeIn, Solarwinds and other tools.
  • Must have experience with Microsoft 365 Console and its components; utilizing it to configure and modify user settings.
  • Have experience working with Azure/AD.
  • Manages help desk tickets and responds within defined criteria of SLA.
  • Assists in managing the implementation of the current corporate LAN Strategy.
  • Prepares and maintains operational documentation on system functionality.
  • Performs hardware and software upgrades as well as managing Software licensing provisioning

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Associates Degree in computer related field; 2-4 years’ experience with pcs, servers and appropriate applications; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge in Windows 10, Office 365 suite, Microsoft Azure (Certification a plus),
Window 10 Domains and Active Directory required. Experience with Citrix application. Experience working with TCP/IP networks. Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft products.
Must have experience working with the cloud and cloud principles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
