Position Description
Multiband Global is seeking skilled Network Operations technicians to join our Fiber Services team in Nashville, who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and want to have a meaningful impact on customer and company results. Successful candidates will have strong communication skills, and be properly trained in fiber network maintenance.

General Responsibilities:

• Meet daily scheduled appointments
• Network E2E provisioning, acceptance testing and troubleshooting on a fiber network
• Fiber OLT jumper provisioning experience preferred
• Completing periodic maintenance on Fiber transmission equipment
• Install and maintain routers, MXU and OLT hardware
• Experience with Fiber Power meter and OTDR preferred
• Experience with G-Suite, Google Sheets (Excel Suite)
• On-call rotation
• Infrastructure documentation
• Maintain accurate inventory

Position Requirements

• Associate’s degree or IT certification is desired
• 2+ years of fiber network or similar experience
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, solid verbal and written communication
• Demonstrates ability to work with team members, and both internal and external organizations
• Must be self-motivated and be able to work proficiently unsupervised
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check, proof of residency, clean driving record, and drug screening
• All candidates must be physically able to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Any other duties as assigned
