Our Las Vegas headquarters is home to our national customer service, accounting, and technology teams, along with our Network Operations Center (NOC), which provides Internet security services and remote 24/7 monitoring for all of our networks.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:

· Customer service with internal users

· Provide first line technology support

· Clearly and accurately communicate to all levels of the enterprise

· Software installations and management

· Performs hands-on technical computer install, upgrade, and repair

· Maintain inventories of equipment and company assets at multiple facilities

· Remote management of client computers and servers

· Computer imaging

· User account/group management in all other systems (Additional to windows)

· Maintain NOC Knowledge Base

· Set up meeting rooms and video teleconferencing

· execute TAC and RMA processes

· Resolve DHCP and DNS configuration and management issues (User specific, not router/server)

· On-call – respond to emergency situations, maintenance or malfunctions after business hours

Qualifications

Experience with the following:

· Office 365

· Active Directory Services

· Microsoft Windows desktop and server environments

· Exchange Server

· Azure

· Basic knowledge of and troubleshooting ability for 802.11 WiFi networks

· Ability to use SSH, Traceroute, Ping, properly configure/troubleshoot TCP/IP configurations on multiple operating platforms, build and test straight and crossover cables, troubleshoot physical connectivity for both fiber and copper backbones and design layer 2 networks

· Additional understanding of various Microsoft Server products such as Remote Desktop Services, WDS, WSUS, Hyper-V, and Microsoft Clustering

· CCENT or Network+
