Nokia & Ericsson Integration Project Coordinator

Startech Networks, Inc. is seeking a full-time permanent Nokia & Ericsson Integration Project Coordinator to lead our growing teams remotely. The ideal candidate:

• Must have knowledge of installation, configuration, troubleshooting, commissioning, integration, and testing of 5G, 4G/TE, CDMA, and UMTS on OEM equipment to include Ericsson, Nokia and/or Samsung at customer Cell Sites.
• Oversee the scheduling, assignment, and coordination of the integration technician teams for assigned markets, can be multiple markets.
• Must be able to help integration technician teams with equipment set up.
• Ability to Understand RFDS
• Load software and scripts in order to perform configuration as directed by the Remote Integration Center
• Communicate with Startech Networks Managers and client point of contacts throughout the process and to escalate issues as necessary
• Upload all data to as required at the end of every day.
• Document project team organization, stakeholder lists, roles and responsibilities grid, and contact lists
• Create and update process and data flows and other project documentation regarding project phases, risks, issues, open questions, and assumption
• Provide guidance and both physical and remote assistance to other Integration team members.
• Requirements:
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Prior experience in the telecommunication and wireless field is preferred
• Prior experience with installation, configuration, troubleshooting, commissioning, integration, and testing of 5G, 4G/TE, CDMA, and UMTS on OEM equipment to include Ericsson, Nokia and/or Samsung at customer Cell Sites

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $8,000.00 per month
