Position Summary:

This is an excellent opportunity for a Sales Representative to join our growing company in the D.C. region. Our Sales Representative will focus on positioning Bailey Systems services to prospects. We are seeking candidates who are comfortable with 3–6-month sales cycles and who have experience in some of the following (*preferred):

*Outsourced IT Services: Complete electronic office networking support including multiple sites, routers, switches, firewalls, servers, and circuitry; Virus/Spyware/Malware Removal& Prevention; PC Repairs, Upgrades & Preventive Maintenance; Firewall& Security Maintenance; Software Installation & Training; Desktop/Network Backup & Disaster Recovery

*Cabling Services: Structured Cable Networks (Categories 5e & 6e, T1, DSL, Coaxial, Fiber Optic, etc.); Equipment, Racks & Patch Panels; Wireless Networks; Telecom/Voice over IP (VoIP)Infrastructure

Commercial Video Surveillance Systems: Design, install and maintain camera surveillance systems; On-premises and cloud-based solutions; Expandable storage solutions; 360-degree cameras; Bullet cameras; Discreet IP based camera systems; Pan Tile and Zoom or PTZ cameras; Night vision/thermal imaging; License plate and facial recognition; Outdoor cameras

Access Control Systems: Key card door access control systems; bio metric access control to private rooms or spaces, etc.

Responsibilities:

· Professionally represent Bailey Systems to clients and partners.

· Outbound calls to potential and established clients daily to set face-to-face appointments.

· Source leads from bid boards, referrals, partners, etc.

· Prepare emails, presentations, pricing proposals, etc.

· Ability to convey prospect needs to the appropriate internal team.

· Ability to work with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally.

· Maintain outstanding customer service through regular follow-ups.

· Ability to work remotely while meeting monthly activity and revenue goals.

· Ability to travel locally (DC metro area) and out-of-state if needed (minimal).

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years related technical and/or sales experience.
  • High level of motivation and outgoing personality.
  • Track record of prospecting, creating new opportunities and closing sales or strong record of achievement, either personally or professionally.
  • Strong communication both verbally and in writing.

Education/Experience/License:

  • 3-5 years of related technical and/or sales experience
  • Valid driver’s license and functioning vehicle with insurance
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Understanding of floor plans is a plus
