Location: Columbus, Dayton, or Cincinnati Ohio
Salary: $50,000-$75,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission (1st year OTE $100k +)

Outside Sales Representative (IT Solutions; B2B Exp Req) Description

Our client in the technology solution industry is looking for a sales professional to join their growing team in Columbus, Dayton, or Cincinnati, Ohio, depending on which city you are closest to. This position requires 50% of local travel to customer locations in your designated territory from 8 am – 5 pm, allowing plenty of work-life balance and no overnight travel. You will be responsible for territory planning, developing new sales opportunities, and managing existing accounts for various industries needing a boost in business productivity. To be chosen for this role, you must have experience selling or strong familiarity with IT solutions and IT managed services. In addition, B2B sales experience, a go-getter attitude, and sound business acumen are necessary to succeed. Note *Those covering Dayton territory can work remotely when not in the field. Candidates covering Columbus or Cincinnati will be expected to work in the office when not visiting customers. However, there is potential to work from home once you are fully acclimated.

Outside Sales Representative (IT Solutions; B2B Exp Req) Responsibilities

● Develop assigned market by generating leads and closing sales
● Identify and nurture new prospects
● Maintain existing client base
● Collaborate with engineering to increase productivity
● Assess client needs with a consultative approach
● Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to internal tech experts
● Build and deliver sales proposals and presentations
● Forecast future sales and meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas
● Manage sales pipeline
● Provide customer service support to customer base
● Participate in ongoing training and company meetings

Outside Sales Representative (IT Solutions; B2B Exp Req) Qualifications

● B2B sales experience required
● Familiarity with IT solutions or IT managed services required
● MS Office & Excel experience required
● Ability to travel locally up to 50% required
