Job Summary

We are hiring a qualified Civil Project Manager, PE based in or close to the Houston, TX area.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from start to finish with direct communications to client and Contractors
  • Involvement in accounting tasks such as tracking, bids, and expenses
  • Use of AutoCAD for drafting, design or QC efforts as needed
  • Delegate or self-perform project timelines as dictated by workload
  • Prioritize and juggle multiple projects at once
  • Bounce to other teams as workload dictates
  • Mange communication for internal resources, and accurate external communication as needed
  • Potentially participate in Marketing /Business Development as opportunities arise
  • Continuously educate team members on standards and changes within client or scope of work

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in Civil Engineering and PE required
  • Previous experience managing projects required
  • Time management and keen organization stills required
  • Ability to use Microsoft Suite, specifically Outlook & Excel required
  • Previous experience managing direct reports or indirect reports preferred
  • Previous work in Telecommunications New Site Build/Rawland preferred
  • Previous experience in construction preferred
  • Ability & willing to use AutoCAD daily on a design or review level
  • Can work outside in any conditions for site walkdowns, meetings, or bid walks

Travel:
  • Up to 25% travel
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable under the company insurance policy.


Position Type:
This is a full-time position. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
