Job Description

Joining the Programme Advisory team will afford you exciting opportunities to directly support world renowned clients, enhance your consulting skills, shape your career, and directly contribute to the team’s exciting growth trajectory.

The Programme Advisory team specialises in supplying change and transformation services in major programmes and asset owning enterprises within the transport, telecoms, utilities and power sectors in the UK and internationally.

The Opportunity

The ideal candidate will have experience of change and transformation with an ability to diagnose performance improvement opportunities and deliver the changes needed to realise them.

Responsibilities will include:

Leading the creation and implementation of change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage and minimise resistance

Leading the application of structured methodologies and lead change management activities tools to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative

Leading the identification, definition and tracking of benefits, outcomes and measures required of programmes and the overall change portfolio

Leading business generation activities

Qualifications

We are open to a wide range of experiences and knowledge backgrounds, but you must have the following skills, qualifications or equivalent, which have been acquired in any industry, through entrepreneurial work, volunteering or gained through personal activities:

• Business analysis skills
• Experience of developing analysis and insights to support solution development
• Experience of delivering tangible results for complex projects
• Programme or project management experience

Additional Information

We have a hybrid approach supporting work life balance, both working from home and meeting in the Birmingham office once or twice a week or engaging at client sites as per project requirements.

Given the current client and team structures, it is preferred for candidates to meet in the Birmingham office once or twice a week although applicants who are based elsewhere will still be considered. Our wider office locations include London, Bristol, Manchester, Leeds and Nottingham.
