We are looking for a

BNPL Product Manager – Analytics & Retargeting (m/f/d)

Work from Amsterdam, Berlin, Stockholm or any of our other locations within Europe

You will work in a team as a product manager alongside with designers, data analysts and engineers. The designers in your team will ensure that the products you develop are usable, the engineers will ensure they are feasible and your responsibility is to ensure that what you end up developing is both valuable to our users (they will choose to buy it or use it) and viable for our business (it works for all areas of our business). Your team will rely on you to bring the knowledge about the users’ needs as well as insight from all areas of our business including legal, compliance, sales, marketing and customer support to name a few.

While we empower our teams to develop the solutions needed we also hold them accountable for the results. We are looking for product managers who are excited about having end to end responsibility of their product.

Your Key Responsibilities

• You develop an analytics and retargeting strategy to support our product and marketing teams. In addition, you are responsible for our experimentation platform to run at least one experiment per team at the same time.
• You develop a framework that allows us to track and analyze how users engage with our products and services, and how that user engagement translates into business and financial success.
• You are the central point of contact for those who want to learn more about how their products are performing.
• With your focus on “Product Analytics and User Behavior” you evaluate, integrate and choose or develop tools in your cross-functional team to support decision making and product development.
• You educate the stakeholders about how data plays a role in the development process and partner with product teams to proactively integrate insights into our product development life cycle.
• By creating essays and reports you make it easy to access and understand valuable insights for the whole organization.
• Together with the research and market intelligence teams, your team is always up to date regarding market, technology and competition and the respective implications for the product.

Your Profile

• You have led technical products and have a data-driven mindset
• A degree in science, business, maths or any related field
• You concisely communicate complex concepts, and are as excited to deep dive into data to conclude educated decision
• Agile thinker with a good understanding of the modern, digital product development and delivery practises
• Commercial mindset – understanding the ways our products can impact a client’s P&L, as well as the commercial drivers of our business
• An intrinsically driven person who takes ownership and turns initiatives into results
• Excellent presentation and communication skills – you are able to get others excited for your vision
• You are fluent in English; German or Dutch is a plus
• Willingness to travel (international) when necessary and possible
