IT Programmer and Network Analyst, Littleton, NH
Analyze and resolve both PC and Network hardware & software issues within our busy IT department. Ensure proper application and system functions.

Position is located at company headquarters in Littleton, NH.
In this primarily 2nd shift position, you’ll work with computer users company-wide to ensure proper system functioning, as well as maintain our systems and applications (both internal and third-party). Primary responsibilities include:
- Analyze reported issues with hardware & software and correct as needed
- Ensure proper system functioning
- Work with department personnel to maintain systems
- Support the Help Desk as required
- Provide support off-hours as needed
- Assist with operations and other functions as required
Qualified applicant will have:
- Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience
- Specialized education in computer programming languages (such as RPG/ILE, Java, PHP, HTML (5), C++, Visual Basic)
- 6 months to 3 years experience performing network administration tasks
- Knowledge/support of telecommunications equipment a plus
- Intermediate to strong working knowledge of Windows, Unix or Mac operating systems
- Understanding of networking constructs including administration tasks, different architectures (such as thick vs. thin clients), virtual environments and remote desktops
- Ability to troubleshoot
- Programming skills
- Excellent organizational and decision-making skills
