We are seeking a Project Architect with Aviation Project Experience to Join our Team. Responsibilities will include leading interdisciplinary aviation projects of all sizes as the Project Architect; coordinating multi-disciplinary in-house and sub-consultant team members; and working closely with clients and contractor/developer design/build partners. Assist Project Manager with pursuing projects; coordinating and leading project teams; building and maintaining strong client relationships; developing and executing project workplans; scheduling and facilitating team and client meetings; developing and delivering presentations to clients, partners, and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Architecture from an accredited college or university
• 10+ years of experience
• R.A. License or ability to gain reciprocity, NCARB preferred
• Experience leading interdisciplinary design projects
• Experience leading public sector projects (aviation, government, education)
• Experience with aviation or federal government projects is a plus.
• Ability to lead project pursuits.
• Business development experience – seeking out and following through on new project opportunities
• LEED AP, WELL Accredited Professional, or Guiding Principles Compliance Professional
