- The Project Coordinator is a detailed position. When working on the project coordinator side of this position, the candidate must be highly organized and be able to communicate to carriers and other team members what the current stage of a project is. The candidate is tracking multiple projects, not just one or two. If a project becomes stalled or runs behind, the candidate must possess the ability to recognize this and remove the stops to get the project back on the correct track. This hybrid role consists of the project management mentioned above as well as customer management, and customer support.
- Project Management: Coordinate the successful implementation of services, systems, and projects contracted by the sales team.
- Customer Management: Work with the CSM team to support the tactical initiatives for specific growth-oriented customers.
- Customer Support: Advocate on behalf of the customer with carriers, vendors, and agency partners to push orders forward, gather technical information, and provide basic troubleshooting and support. Act as liaison between customers and carriers.
Project Management:
- Track all assigned network orders through key milestones and coordinate with onsite vendors for the successful and timely installation of carrier circuits.
- Coordinate and attend kickoff meetings and status meetings on all non-network projects as dictated by the needs of the project team.
- Act as the communication conduit and accountability contact between the sales team and implementation team on all assigned network orders and projects.
- Hold internal and external project team members accountable for action items and tasks.
- Ensure all documentation and time entries are completed and posted to their proper locations before the project can be closed.
- Maintain weekly contact with master agency order tracking contacts.
- Attend the weekly project meeting and review/report project status with the key sales and operational contacts.
- Manage assigned customers accounts provide updates on weekly calls.
- Help the assigned customer sites with their new locations to source carriers, sign paperwork and submit orders to the master agency.
Customer Management:
- Provide ongoing communication and touch points with customers for the duration of their project.
- Provide ongoing tactical support for assigned customers and projects.
- Schedule, facilitate, and/or attend cadence calls with customers.
Customer Support:
- Call vendors – info gathering and support
- Call carriers – information gathering, technical support, billing support, reporting
- Call distributors – gather product information, coordinate installations, handle escalations
- Liaison between customer and vendor
- Order logging and tracking
- Coordinate outgoing shipping of all TruPoint configured devices

Pay: $35,972.00 – $54,872.00 per year
