Job Description:
Hayden Tower Service is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team in our Topeka, KS office. This person will assist the successful execution of wireless Telecommunication construction projects from start to finish.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent time-management and problem-solving abilities who thrives in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities:
1. Assisting with project estimating and material procurement.
2. Must be able to monitor project process and keep accurate up to date status reports.
3. Accurately organize and maintain any and all project management documents including plans, budget, productivity logs, schedules and scope as directed by the project manager.
4. Must be professionally capable to attend pre-bid meetings with the owner and accurately document specific scope and timeline requirements.
5. Must be able to accurately organize and manage project closeout documents before, during and after the project as required by the owner to ensure quality and timely delivery for the job.
Required Skills:
1. Strong communication and organizational skills.
2. Must be familiar with construction terminology.
3. Proficient in basic computer programs with an emphasis on technical documentation.
4. Team oriented, positive attitude, strong communication skills, motivated, willingness to learn, growth minded, honest and trustworthy.
5. Project management and field experience (preferred).
6. Advanced skillset in time management and task prioritization.
7. Ability to multitask and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,635.51 – $51,071.79 per year
