Project Coordinator

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Project Coordinator will be working with team members to create a realistic timeline, following up with team members to ensure everything is running smoothly, and tracking project progress in a variety of ways. Our ideal candidate for this exciting and challenging role will thrive in ever changing environments and take great pride in ensuring your projects run smoothly, in a timely manner and with great profitability.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Ensuring project team adheres to provided timelines and deliverables
• Ensuring documentation is maintained throughout the length of the project
• Communicating plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders
• Solving any issues that may arise during the project
• Managing and building relationships with multiple teams
• Assisting the Project Manager with administrative functions and processes
• Managing day-to-day activities for the Project Management team
• Analyzing project data and producing progress reports
• Material ordering and management- requires some light to medium lifting (up to 50 lbs)

REQUIREMENTS :

• Experience in small to mid-scale Project Coordination/Management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Adaptability to fluctuating timelines and planning requirements
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Ability to think outside of the box and organize priorities
• High attention to detail and time management.
