Job Description

We’re searching for a highly skilled project coordinator for one of our clients. The ideal project coordinator will make sure our client’s PODs are moving forward. This role requires strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Act as oversight for each pod, ensuring that the respective roles are active and on track. Pod leader is accountable for the pod.
• Work as the project manager for each of the assigned pods.
• Schedule meeting, ensure attendance, track progress, documentation, etc.
• Capture relevant reporting metrics for distribution to reporting analyst
• Coordinate with Lead PM to alert PAM Architect of any roadblock, issues, etc.
• Ensures that we consider the TMO environment and “quirks” when considering challenges, requirements, configuration, and testing.
• Creates and maintains project documentation by adhering to the regulatory standards of the initiative.
• Assists the project manager in creating and maintaining the overall project schedule.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of large-scale project management experience
• 3+ years in telecommunications or wireless industry
• Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to originate, analyze, structure, prepare, and present financial metrics and power point presentations
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills required
• Demonstrates effective time management skills, ability to work independently and make decisions within the guidelines
• Results oriented, strong sense of urgency, proactive and flexible
• Proven ability to manage heavy workload, be detailed oriented and meet deadlines
• Commitment to quality and the motivation and ability to work well in a team environment required

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $32.00 – $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Project coordination: 5 years (Preferred)
