Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.

- Associate degree or bachelor’s preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in Wireless Industry Management.
- Previous experience on TMO, AT&T, Ericsson & Nokia deployments.
- Must have strong working knowledge and ethics of the telecommunications industry.
- Project Management Professional certification or similar certification is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to use the Microsoft office programs, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, at or above an advanced experience level.
- High level of problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Must be expected to schedule, track, measure, and report daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress to key stakeholders.
- High level of interpersonal communications skills.

- Previous experience in managing projects for different carriers on different markets.
- This is an at home working position but, the candidate must be willing to travel to the local market for kickoffs and/or mandatory meetings with the customer as required.

- Previous experience on integrations management, time management, cost management, contactors management, human resource management, communications management, risk management and quality management.
Job Description
Provide overall project oversight, management, and support services for site development projects. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Work closely with stakeholders and define project parameters, then translate customer needs into formal requirements, using knowledge of the industry and delivery methodology.
- Conduct a pre-construction review to verify the negotiated scope of work for each specific site and complete site closing documentation validation and delivery to the customer in a timely manner base on the official schedule provided to the customer.
- Identify and address all issues and delays in advance and set activities expectations and timelines with assigned GC’s our in-house crews.
- Create and follow up on activities scheduled, mitigating risks and deviations so expected forecast and projections are accomplished.
- Participate and or lead scheduled meetings and calls and provide updates to customers as required.
- Schedule and host meetings/calls with GCs at regular intervals and provide daily progress updates.
- Follow up on deficiencies found in close-out packages and coordinate corrections to respective GC’s or in-house crews until final approval is granted by the customer.
- Validate that all specific work activities have been completed in a timely manner as per project agreement.
- Utilize proper tools and techniques to manage and interact with other departments (construction dep., logistics dep., safety dep., accounting dep. and quality dep.).
- Validate and evaluate all input requirements and output of quality and delivery.
- Create and develop solutions to keep projects on track.
- Complete personnel evaluations as required.
- Provide feedback and possible solutions to streamline the supply chain processes.
- Develop strategies to promote teamwork and a safe working environment.
- Implement a servant type of leadership and lead by example.
- Works toward simplification and standardization of processes and activities.
- Create and submit RCA’s (Root Cause Analysis) reports as required or requested.
- Create and follow up on MRP’s (Materials Requirements Planning) to ensure production and products delivery.

- Manage risk and ensure compliance.
- Effectively manage resource allocation on different markets and customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
