Project Manager

You will join a growing company looking to continue our growth through the addition of a highly skilled, energetic Project Manager. As a Project Manager, you will for directing and coordinating all aspects of work related to greenfield and brownfield projects at customer communication sites, upgrades or maintenance on existing communications hardware, engineering RF coverage design services, as well as, large software implementations. The Project Manager will maintain a professional and successful relationship with the customers, subcontractors, and internal project stakeholders while successfully completing projects within specified dates and providing accurate and timely billing for projects.
Responsibilities/Qualifications include:
- Provide overall management of projects from concept to completion including coordinating with environmental, permitting, planning, estimating, engineering, procurement, material management, construction management, and commissioning.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, manage scope, and control project costs.
- Assist with internal project financials, risk management, and change management.
- In regards to projects, serve as point of contact with clients and contracting resources regarding efforts such as client coordination, scope management, budget, subcontracting, project staffing, safety compliance, and overall project schedule.
- Manage all aspects of project communication.
- With the help of E2E Subject Matter Experts (SME’s), develop and implement project policies and procedures.
- Work closely with project stakeholders to ensure deliverables and services are being provided to client’s satisfaction and that projects are following internal guidelines. Be able to participate in the development of project design templates and standards.
- Report regularly on progress, cost and schedule metrics, procurement or shipping issues, safety concerns, and any issues requiring stakeholder support.
- Occasionally work in the field to support a project.
- Travel as required; approximately 25%
