Remote Desk Sales

2 month contract to hire

Fully Remote—***must reside in one of the following states:
Colorado, Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, Montana, Wyoming, or New Mexico

Project Overview:
Client is rolling out new fiber network and bringing high speed internet service to new locations and thousands of new customers. Need a sales team to sell services over the phone to small business and residential customers.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
Responsible for sharing the client’s services with members of the community in a door-to-door sales approach (via phone). This includes having energy, knowledge, and ability to overcome concerns and questions from customers.

Will be given 1000-1100 leads a month and resource will be expected to make 50 calls a day. The average goal is to sell 20 units a month, however, commission is uncapped.

Must Haves:
1. Strong soft skills- someone with good energy, eagerness, and self-motivated

2. Any sort of sales background

Nice to Have:
1. Outbound sales experience

2. Technical background

3. Telecom exp
