Day to Day:
Insight Globals client, a telecommunications provider is seeking to hire a Sales Recruiter to research, develop and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. The Sales Recruiter will be expected to fill high volume sales positions which can range from door to door, inside sales, Account Executives, Sales Engineers to Sales Managers.
Must Have:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- Experience filling a high volume of sales positions including door to door, inside sales, Account Executives, Sales Engineers and Sales Managers
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel and Word).
- Proven track record of hiring diverse and inclusive talent.
Plusses:
- Experience with applicant management applications; PeopleSoft HRIS preferred.
- Experience recruiting in the telecom industry preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
