As a Retail Sales and Customer Service Representative , you will play a vital role in managing our retail campaign, helping to drive sales and assist customers on behalf of our clients and some of the latest brands in the telecommunications and entertainment industry. You will be responsible for educating customers in store promotions and working with a great team spirit.

We are searching for someone who is outgoing, a quick learner, and is confident in their ability to communicate with customers and teammates to achieve goals!

What we need you to do…

• Assist in the development of promotional launches in big box retailers
• Drive customer sales with new account acquisitions
• Support customer retention by up selling and upgrading existing customer accounts
• Foster an energetic and helpful retail environment for our customers
• Go above and beyond to provide great customer service and achieve weekly sales goals
• Cultivate a fun team environment that inspires and drives overall team performance

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation
• Full time availability (weekends and evenings)
