Security/Network Operations Center Practice Manager
**in-house position: Miami Lakes, FL**
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Security/Network Operations Center (“SNOC”) Practice Manager will lead and build a customer focused SNOC service team that delivers customer service excellence 24x7x365. The manager is responsible for ensuring the team meets or exceeds all client SLA requirements while delivering services such and Device/Data Source Threat & Performance Monitoring, Analysis, Containment, Incident Response, Triage, Mitigation, Remediation, Escalation and Device/System Management.
This position requires professional and courteous interaction with individuals at all levels of the client’s and InfoSight’s internal organization. This person will demonstrate outstanding enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, knowledge, maturity and conduct business with respect for others. They will embody a service-centric practice and be expected to share their experience/knowledge to encourage others within the team to embrace the service-centric model.
Demonstrates ability to lead, support and manage a 24x7x365 organization by maximizing resource utilization through effective task delegation, coaching and accountability.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate monthly management reports
- Build upon and improve standards and operating procedures for InfoSight and client operating environments
- Oversee client reporting deliverables
- Develop & maintain SNOC & Client Operational Manuals (i.e., Run/Play Books)
- Research and test for automation opportunities to increase SNOC efficiency levels
- Establish Training requirements of team that aligns with company goals and employee career paths
- Ensure all tickets have accurate detailed accounts of all troubleshooting steps and follow-up details
- Validate policies, procedures and documentation meet the regulatory requirements the SNOC operates under
- Generate and update incident and misc. status reports
- Oversee weekly vulnerability audits of all internal systems to ensure a safe operating environment
- Conduct investigations into potential violations and make determinations of alleged violations of the standards.
- Conduct Weekly TSD/SNOC Status Meetings
- Ensure all service tickets and projects are logged into Tracking Application
- Ensure IT Client Services’ policies and procedures are adhered to
- Monitor daily workload and ensure adequate available staff are manning the phones and email
- Oversee weekly TSD/SNOC training meeting
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned by Management
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS in engineering, computer science / information systems or equivalent combination of education and related industry experience including security and/or audit professional certifications resulting in demonstrated ability to perform the major duties.
- 5+ years’ experience successfully leading or managing a team of technical IT resources with demonstrated progression of increased scope and complexity.
- Strong Expertise in networking, systems, cloud, network security, virtualization, tele communications, disaster recovery and application security
- Experience in the GLBA, NIST, PCI-DSS, HIPAA and or other cyber security compliance requirements
- Proven self-starter with ability to work effectively in a team environment and as individually on work assignments.
- Working knowledge of a broad range of TCPIP, Operating Systems, to include UNIX, Linux and Windows.
- Solid understanding of IT supported technologies, and a broad knowledge of IT Technology and infrastructure.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to execute short-range plans (i.e., 30-90 days). Should also be able to react quickly to issues and develop both short and long-term solutions.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
