We are seeking a highly motivated, dependable Verizon Sales Consultant to join our rapidly growing LA-based team! As part of the Verizon Sales Consultant team, you’ll be managing sales pursuits and the sales pipeline, helping the account team in qualifying and closing sales leads provided to us by Verizon, and coordinating the utilization of all account management methodology and business development tools. You will then be responsible for meeting directly with those consumers, assessing their needs for internet services, and providing satisfying solutions with the newest internet technology. Verizon Sales Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess customer household needs and budgeting
  • Present, Promote and sell 5G products and services to prospective customers
  • Explain in detail the advantages and usage of proposed products and services
  • Build trust with customers that translates to long-term brand relationships
  • Provide accurate and complete contact information and schedule Verizon 5G installation appointments promptly
  • Answer all customer questions, troubleshoot any complaints, and always follow up to ensure customer satisfaction with all resolutions
  • Maintain current knowledge of all internet technology trends, products, procedures, services, and policies

Verizon Sales Consultant Requirements:

  • Prior experience or interest in technology, telecommunications, sales, or client relations is preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is a must
  • High levels of motivation and focus to achieving goals or exceeding expectations
  • Outstanding communication skills and active listening ability with various personality types
  • Ability to work independently when needed but always a strong collaborator in a team setting
  • Accountable, punctual, and reliable transportation

Responsibilities of a Client Support Representative role:

  • Educate oneself on all assigned client product and service offerings to be able to accurately and adequately engage with customers directly throughout the sales process
  • Build and cultivate a long-lasting relationship with each client and individual consumer during and after the sales process to reinforce brand loyalty with the client
  • Support the sales team, and other Client Support Representatives to effectively implement marketing strategies daily to lead to targets laid out by clients are met within a timely manner
  • Identify holes or vulnerabilities throughout our sales processes to further bolster acquisition and efficiencies with ongoing consumer brand loyalty
  • Analyze marketing trends to support clients and better understand who the target audience is and how to stand out against competitors
  • Report sales, customer acquisition, and stick-ratio metrics back to upper-level management on the success of specific implemented initiatives to forecast the success of strategies moving forward

Requires of a Client Support Representative specialist:

  • 1-2 years of Client Support and/or sales experience required
  • A professional, courteous, and upbeat, friendly demeanor with collaborating with other Client Support Representative team members and consumers
  • Progressive and open-minded with eagerness to learn, innovate, and be a forward thinker
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are utilized daily when interacting with customers and clients
  • A highly organized and goal-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $800.00 – $1,250.00 per week
