Job Summary:

The analyst will have expert knowledge and extensive experience in business analysis, across multiple types of projects. Demonstrates ownership of business analysis process for the enterprise by overseeing and ensuring compliance with industry and internal standards. The incumbent is self-directed and is responsible for leading the analysis of complex, high profile enterprise-level strategies.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Plans and monitors Business Analysis approach to arrive at the optimum approach given the current and future enterprise needs across business domains
• Identifies and applies advanced elicitation and collaboration techniques with the enterprise to recommend, confirm, communicate, and manage delivered outcomes
• Manages requirements life cycle by assessing and approving requirement details, traceability, prioritization, and changes to ensure alignment between enterprise needs and solutions
• Identifies and applies advanced analysis and modeling techniques by recommending, specifying, verifying, and validating requirements to support enterprise strategy
• Evaluates and recommends solutions by measuring and assessing limitations and effectiveness to ensure and increase delivered value
• Analyzes strategies by identifying current and future state needs, assessing risks, and collaborating with senior leadership to recommend a change strategy and define solution scope
• Guides and mentors Business Analyst community in business domain knowledge and business analysis practice

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineeringor related field, or foreign equivalent, or suitable combination of education, experience and training in a related Engineering field; and 5 plus years of experience in Business Analysis or related experience.OR Master’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering or related field, or foreign equivalent; plus 3 years of experience in Engineering.
