As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work independently to determine and deliver expert business analysis activities for large complex business change programmes across our Enterprise B2B IT team. We are looking for established Business Analysts that can influence, help shape thinking as well as challenge the business.

You’ll lead on key analysis across large programmes, with the opportunity to shape and scope programme governance as well plan and schedule resources. You will partner the business to understand strategic objectives and support the delivery of solutions to help meet VM O2’s business needs.

You’ll be responsible for investigative work to determine business requirements and specify effective business processes. The role will help deliver change through improvements in information systems, information management, practices, procedures, and organisation change. The role also applies and monitors the use of required modelling and analysis tools, methods, and standards, giving special consideration to business perspectives

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

• Significant experience of business analysis in a multi-disciplined and commercial environment
• Ability to build and develop relationships with the business and continuously add value as a trusted partner
• Proven knowledge and practical experience with a variety of business analysis tools and techniques
• Experience in the successful delivery of complex business change projects from start-up to implementation, sponsored by a range of different business functions
• Experience of defining the analysis approach on a project and planning the Business Analysis work stream including the identification of tasks, estimating resources etc.
• Demonstrable skills in communicating findings and analysis effectively

We’d also love you to bring;

• Business Analysis certification is desirable (ISEB)
• Ideally have experience of working within telecommunications, cable/ broadband industry. (Experience specifically within Wholesale or B2B is even more advantageous)
