You want to support customers in implementing their strategy with innovative technologies in the field of Consulting – Technology Strategy and Transformation? Our team designs and manages digital transformation programs that make companies more agile in the long term.

Standorte: Cologne, Berlin, Hamburg, Mannheim, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Hanover, Munich und Nuremburg.

Your impact:

• Knowledge: You bring your experience from studies and relevant professional activities, ideally from several years of project work in one of our target industries: Transportation & Logistics, Industrial Products & Construction, Automotive, Manufacturing, Telecommunications or Healthcare.
• Skill Application: Combining your agile skills with technical skills and using them profitably for our customers is an essential part oft your daily work as well as taking a visible role in your customer project and convince with your pragmatic skills.
• Support: Furthermore you support complex customer transformations with your skills (e.g. SAP S/4HANA pre-studies & transformations).
• Team: Together with your collegues you will work in agile, multidisciplinary teams to develop new technical topics that are groundbreaking for our future customer work and provide significant support in publishing and distribution.
• Customization: Our experts will teach you how to design, develop and operate customized solutions for our customers.

Your skillset:

• Excellent master’s degree in (business) informatics, industrial engineering, economics, mathematics or physics, or equivalent training
• Several years of consulting and industry experience in the above-mentioned sectors – preferably with relevant practical experience in digitalization and agile competence
• High degree of curiosity for agile ways of working, digital business models and bringing agility together with technological competence as well as understanding of complex relationships paired with pragmatic solution orientation as well as strategic and entrepreneurial thinking
• Excellent communication skills combined with fluent business German and English, both written and spoken
• Experience abroad and willingness to travel and be mobile in the context of your position
