FULLY REMOTE (monthly trips to Brighton)

£40,000 – £50,000

This is an excellent opportunity to work as a Senior Customer Insight Analyst, joining the Customer team of an innovative tech/software company. With the chance to work client-facing with various exciting organisation, this position would be perfect for someone looking to take on a new and exciting role.

THE COMPANY:

Around for 12 years, this is an organically grown technology company currently pitching themselves as an online version of a sales assistant and looking to expand further. This company focusers mainly on the telecoms and tech industries, helping to provide recommendations on products to clients and customers. There is a range of products to work on, therefore developing your analytics skillset further.

THE ROLE:

As the Senior Customer Insight Analyst, you will be joining the Customer team as well as reporting to the Customer Analytics Lead. You can expect to work daily with SQL, as well as with clients. You will also be working on other exciting projects, such as:

• Talking to clients to assess their requirements and putting these into actions
• Working on new feature releases
• Conduct all analysis with SQL
• Provide impactful insights as a result of your analysis that drive business decision
• Get involved in post-analysis to ensure your insights have been acted upon

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

As the Senior Customer Insight Analyst, you will be expected to:

• Have previous commercial experience in customer insight analytics
• Have strong proficiency with SQL and a data visualisation tool
• Have a desire to keep learning and support the development of those around you
• Be data driven and keen to find the ‘so what?’ factor of your analysis and insights
