Location: Philadelphia Area – Mid-Atlantic (Mays Landing, Delaware, Maryland o Mostly remote o Office is Plymouth Meeting o May need to visit locations where projects are being supported  Budget/Level: (E3) – $90 – 130k with 15% bonus  Interview Process: 1 hour Teams interview  Resume Review: Wednesday (8/10) 10:30EST  C2H or DP: Open for Both This team supports the Real-Time Engineering and Operations Teams projects. Basically a PMO dedicated for RT. Supporting Outage Management systems, etc. Example Projects • Installing new telecom phones systems (audio, recording, etc) working with British telecom, network teams and vendors. • Database upgrades • Micro grid projects in 2023 – system outages (not needed) Resource Needs • (2) SR. Project Managers • 5-10 years’ experience in project management • PMP is not required but if hired FT they will need PMP within 2 years • Strong PM skills, managing timelines, multiple projects, vendor management • Infra experience is helpful o Networking • Financial management: Forecast, variance, accruals • People person, working with different groups, gain commitments and meet deadlines for projects • Career growth opportunity for these roles to be promoted to Principal Role
