A telecommunications client is looking for a Sales Analyst who will help identify, create, and deliver CLM automation solutions for front line sales teams and back-office support teams.
Location: Alpharetta, GA 30004 – hybrid
Position: Sales Analyst
Pay Rate: $25-29/hr. on W2
Duration: 12 months or longer
Note: Hybrid, in office once a month
Position Summary:
The Sales Automation organization is building new innovations for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM). Our strategy is to build an automated contracting process that delivers efficiency for the sales teams and back-office teams to increase efficiency, deal velocity and the customer experience in a highly competitive marketplace. We enable an intelligent, connected, customer centric ecosystem. We are passionate about designing and delivering new sales automation innovations that directly enable new efficiencies for our sales teams and delight customers.
You will help identify, create, and deliver CLM automation solutions for front line sales teams and back-office support teams. You will need to be able to work with business and IT partners to identify and resolve issues related to support. This includes opening trouble tickets, answer questions via support channels, supporting user acceptance testing for system enhancements, and any additional ad hoc requests. Perform user acceptance testing, support end user demos, and conduct overview training where needed.
We are looking for someone that has an in-depth knowledge of agile software development methodologies as well as knowledge of Salesforce and contracting processes. This person should be a self-starter who requires little supervision, has an eye for detail and strong analytical skills, and strong communication skills. This role will engage with both back-office teams and sales users to support the new functionality. A successful candidate will be expected to work closely with the project team and provide creative solutions and recommendations while being flexible in supporting diverse responsibilities in support of project deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Support innovation & optimization in CLM system
- Daily use and proficiency with JIRA/Confluence for all system projects
- Prepare documents such as: solution diagram, use case list, process flows, functional design, wireframes
- UAT testing for monthly releases
- Support end users requesting help and troubleshooting issue in the CLM system
- Recommend process and system improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or 2 or more years of work experience.
- Ability to quickly understand various technology platforms and internal systems.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce/SaaS components and how they interact
- UAT experience
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
- Knowledge and experience with agile methodologies and other common SDLC methods.
- Strong partnership skills to work with external agencies and multiple internal stakeholders
- Strong communication and presentation skills along with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities
- Self-starter that learns and adapts quickly to new systems and processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-changing environment and influence without authority.
Even better if you have:
- A technical background with a deep understanding of core digital concepts, systems and architecture.
- Experience with SQL, Terradata
